Georgie Farmer

Georgie is a senior leader with over 15years experience driving business transformation regionally and globally for indirect Procurement services. Georgie joined Microsoft Asia in 2008 and has held various roles in global operations, business engagement, strategic sourcing and supplier management. She is currently leading the international Talent Services program in 20 countries with the goal to improve Microsoft outcomes through quality and diverse external talent. Prior to Microsoft, Georgie was the VP of Travel APAC for JPMorganChase and started her career in sales within the payments and airline industries. 

Georgie is inspired by digital transformation and passionate about helping customers reach their full potential. She serves on the CIPSA Victorian Committee, previously on the advisory boards of industry associations of PCMA and ACTE, and holds a MBA from the Australian Graduate School Entrepreneurship. 

She is an innovative and successful procurement leader with a proven track record in global indirect strategic sourcing, operations, supplier and change management specializing in large complex spend $700M. She has over twelve-years international experience, five living in Asia delivering value and impact through effective team management, customer centricity and developing strong relationships at executive levels. A highly motivated outcomes orientated person, inspired by digital transformation and passionate about making a difference.
