Jodi Huebert is the General Manager of Contracts and Procurement at INPEX Australia. She was appointed to this role in 2021 to refine and implement a new value-focused operating model, whilst engaging and developing the team during a turbulent transformation period.

Prior to her appointment to INPEX, Jodi was Head of Procurement at Pacific National, where she led a procurement transformation that saw increased value delivery, stakeholder engagement and the implementation of a new sourcing system. For her contributions in this role, she was nominated by her team and recognised as the Procurement Leader of the Year by CIPS ANZ.

Jodi previously held leadership roles at Caltex Australia, and Bombardier Aerospace, where she designed and operationalised procurement, supplier relationship management and customer experience strategies.

Jodi likes to challenge herself with new experiences and appreciates the learning that comes with each change. This drive to learn and grow has taken her from managing a blueberry farm while in high school, to teaching high school maths, computer programming and economics, to an MBA in Italy and on to a career in the corporate world in Canada and Australia.

Jodi holds degrees in mathematics, education and an MBA.
