Head of Responsible Sourcing, LendleaseRo is a lawyer, land economist and corporate governance professional in Lendlease’s supply chain team, leading Lendlease’s global response to modern slavery.
Ro previously led the Social Strategy for Lendlease’s Barangaroo Urban Regeneration Project in Sydney, which included the multi-award winning Barangaroo Skills Exchange, a ‘pop-up’ vocational education college with TAFENSW, which over the Project delivery period, upskilled over 11,000 construction workers.
Ro also authored the Design for Dignity Guidelines, which are ‘Best Practice’ principles for inclusive design in commercial spaces, in collaboration with the Australian Network on Disability and the Westpac Group. The Guidelines won the (business category) of the 2016 Australian Human Rights Awards. Ro chairs the Property Council of Australia’s Social Sustainability Committee. She was a recent member of the NSW TAFE Commission Board, and a current member of Australian Border Force’s Modern Slavery Expert Advisory Group.
