Director Asset and Workplace Services, NSWWayne is the Associate Director for Sourcing within Corporate Services at Transport for New South Wales. His passion is to drive value through capability uplift and client partnering, leading 60 people in the function running operational and strategy sourcing events across the cluster. He is responsible for the procurement sourcing framework, managing 33,000 enquires per year, 20,000 purchase orders, 300-400 large scale sourcing events. Last years largest sourcing event was $3.5bil to maintain Country Regional Network. He champions aboriginal supply, SME, regional and sustainable procurement initiatives and is a steward for major technology implementations (eg Beeline, Ariba guided buying).
